Project Background:
As part of our continuing relationship with the RNIB College in Loughborough, we were approached to tackle an audience of potential Adult Learners with visual impairments or other disabilities with the aim of promoting the College's Adult Services program.
What we delivered:
This project presented a real challenge. We had to deal with the sensitive issues of adult disabilities whilst at the same time looking to motivate often-disaffected individuals to seek further information about the Adult Services Program at the College. After a very thorough preproduction process we concluded that the best approach was to make use of 'case studies' of people who have been successfully helped by the RNIB College.
Above all, the finished product had to be upbeat and positive, and it successfully challenges the audience to think about their own lives and what they might be able to achieve if they were to get extra training or development. The video has been widely distributed and very well received by the College and its audience alike.
