Bespoke

In addition to the bronze, silver and gold packages, we also offer the option for you to design your own video production package tailored to your exact requirements. This is known as a bespoke package, and offers you the freedom to tell us how many filming days you would like over a period of time and exactly what direction individual videos should take.

If you are uncertain how us as a third party could best capture the aims, ethos and ambitions of your school in an original and interesting manner, then we will sit down with you to present a series of creative concepts, produced by us internally, to be discussed and explored to varying degrees. While this constitutes a form of consultation, you would in essence stay in ultimate control of how the project would shape. The possibilities open to you are almost endless, and Affixxius offer completely bespoke packages for this very reason.

Some clients choose to set aside an entire academic year to shoot their promotional video, and call on us on an ad hoc basis to shoot a pre-agreed series of elements of their school's life, such as a two-day spell devoted to following the 1st XV rugby team or three days spent ensuring no stone of the arts and humanities offering is left unturned. On the other hand, a bespoke package can also be designed to create a 'making of + performance edit' of a school play or musical production that could then lead to the filming of a full promotional video later in the academic year.

The pricing for bespoke packages is worked out according to the number of days of production (filming) and post-production (editing and mastering) involved in the making of a video. Therefore, the length of the end-product or the amount of footage filmed is immaterial. Rather, it is the number of days of our service that is taken into account. Our day rate for production is £750 + VAT, while our day rate for post-production is £650 + VAT.
